Tapestry was my first and greatest love as a weaving student. In my tapestry work, I like to incorporate natural dyes and geometric elements, including strong verticals, precisely because they provide such a challenge in the medium. Currently, I have been using my tapestry practice to explore themes of loss and climate grief.
